| DESCRIPTION | A well figured George III walnut and feather banded bureau. The fall front with pull supports, opens to reveal a fitted interior consisting of a central door and to each side, a secret pull-out compartment, three cubby holes with arched fretwork friezes and one long drawer over two small drawers, all with satinwood banding. The four graduated and feather banded drawers below are each furnished with a pair of brass swan neck handles. The whole raised on bracket feet. |
